I just got my iced coffee for free because I had to wait .03 seconds for him to ring me up b/c he was on the phone trying to calm his mother down about Comcast having to go over their house to help with something. Dude! It’s fine!! Take care of your mother!

If it’s Comcast you will get throttled and you gotta call Comcast as ask them to increase your bandwidth. If you can get Fios get that. An also if you can snag a asus gigabit switch this will help you with your speeds also. And do not use 1473 MTU settings just use the default.

The rep then said she can’t do that because we didn’t pay the bill. Worst customer svc ever Not to mention they are liars about not shutting off service. Over an oversight which was paid immediately upon noticing @comcast @Xfinity & all the rep said was sorry but won’t turn it on

@Xfinity one day you’re able to do your job and work remotely. The next day their techs are in the area to fix a problem and leave you without service. @comcast continues to do a poor job

@marymurrah It's just not worth what I'm paying. I have basic cable (network) and internet and it's $124/month. The technology is circa 2005. My friend has Comcast and he has a remote you can talk to and a crazy interface where you can see everything that's available.

Need to reiterate that @Xfinity @XfinitySupport has terrible ******* cust service… TWO DAYS (05/26 1-3P) to get a “escalated & priority” tech visit for their cont outages since Saturday 05/21. Chat in app, ask for supervisor, you disconnect me, chat no longer avail.
